A: No. We operate on a flexible weekly membership system. If you need to stop training, we simply require 2 weeks’ written notice.

A: Yes. We offer a free trial class so you can experience the training environment, teaching style, and class structure before joining.

A: Wear comfortable training clothes and bring a drink bottle. Jewellery must be removed or taped down if it cannot be removed. New members receive a free uniform when joining.
