Q: What age groups do you teach?
A: We offer classes for children aged 6 years and up, teens, and adults. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced martial artists.​

Q: I am an adult, can I join in the kids class with my child?
A: Yes you may, we are a family oriented club and encourage parents to join in, perfect way to exercise and gain a hobby. If you have to bring kids along.

Q: Do I need prior experience to join?
A: Absolutely not! We have beginner-friendly classes, and our instructors guide every student step by step.

Q: What styles of martial arts do you teach?
A: We teach Incorporated Martial Arts (IMA), which covers self-defense, striking, grappling, and traditional martial arts techniques.

Q: Can I try a class before signing up?
A: Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our training firsthand before committing.

Q: What should I wear to class?
A: Wear comfortable sports clothing. Once you join officially, a free uniform (gi) is provided for grading and formal classes.

Q: How do I pay for classes?
A: We have a weekly membership system similar to a gym membership, this keep costs low (instead of paying for full terms).

Q: How often do classes run?
A: Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays, see sign up page for timetable.

Q: Are grading exams available?
A: Yes! Students can participate in regular grading exams to progress through belt levels. Fees apply, and you are given notice beforehand. Gradings are twice a year and we run internal tournaments twice a year.

Q: What if I only want to train once a week?
A: Membership is at your discretion, however eligibility for grading is linked to attendance.

Q: What if I don't want to grade?
A: Grading is not compulsory, plenty of students train just for fun.
